AI-driven productivity with Microsoft Copilot

Client success story
From fragmented spreadsheets to a fully integrated ERP — in under 9 months
A mid-sized pharmaceutical manufacturer in Pune was running finance on Excel, inventory on a legacy system, and supply chain on email threads. Sunbridge implemented D365 Finance & Operations end-to-end — connecting financials, production, and procurement into a single platform. The results were transformational within the first quarter of go-live.

Common questions
Everything you need to know
Answers to the questions we hear most often from organisations evaluating D365 F&O with Sunbridge.
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) is Microsoft's enterprise ERP solution for mid-to-large organisations. It combines two applications — Dynamics 365 Finance (for financial management, budgeting, and compliance) and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (for procurement, production, inventory, and logistics) — on a single cloud-native platform powered by AI and Microsoft Azure.
D365 Finance focuses on your financial operations: general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, budgeting, fixed assets, and financial reporting. D365 Supply Chain Management focuses on your operational workflows: procurement, production control, inventory, warehouse management, and transportation. Most enterprise customers license both together using Microsoft's attach pricing.
A typical greenfield implementation runs 6–18 months depending on business complexity, number of legal entities, degree of customisation, and data migration requirements. Upgrade projects from AX or NAV typically take 4–10 months. Multi-entity rollouts are ongoing — usually 3–6 months per entity once the core template is established. Sunbridge scopes each project individually.
Yes. D365 Finance has full India localisation built in — including GST (Goods and Services Tax) compliance, TDS/TCS support, e-invoicing (IRN/QR code), and Indian financial reporting standards. Sunbridge has deployed D365 F&O for numerous Indian businesses across Manufacturing, Pharma, and Distribution and can ensure full statutory compliance from day one.
D365 Finance and D365 Supply Chain Management each start at $210 per user per month (Base) or $300 per user per month (Premium). If you license one, you can add the second for $30 per user per month using Microsoft's attach licensing — making the combined ERP suite very competitive. Minimum requirement is 20 licenses for Base plans. Speak to Sunbridge for an India-specific pricing discussion.
Yes — and this is one of Sunbridge's core specialisations. We have migrated multiple AX 2012 and Dynamics NAV clients to D365 F&O cloud, handling the full process: legacy assessment, code migration, data migration, and retraining. The jump is significant (AX uses X++ code that needs rewriting for the extension model) but Sunbridge manages this end-to-end.
Sunbridge offers Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) that include SLA-backed issue resolution, proactive health checks, new feature enablement as Microsoft releases updates, user retraining, and ongoing customisation. We also offer one-off engagements for integrations, reporting development, and audit support. 95% of our clients renew their AMC year-on-year.
Our primary verticals for D365 F&O include Manufacturing (discrete and process), Pharmaceutical, Distribution & Logistics, Retail & E-commerce, Professional Services, and Non-Profit. Each sector has unique process requirements — Sunbridge brings industry-specific configuration templates and expertise to every engagement rather than generic out-of-the-box setups.
