Its manufacturing facility in New Delhi manufactures 3 lakh glasses a month. It has more than 500 + User of Dynamics NAV application which is an End of life Microsoft product.

Problem Statement
- 30+ Third Party applications integration required.
- Multiple Country implementation required to be on a single platform.
- Company was using Microsoft Dynamics NAV on premises version. It lacked integration with various departments and was heavily customized. For financial reporting, customer was dependent on Excel based reports and SSRS based external reporting.
- With this infrastructure customer could not go global and faced limitation in localization in a single instance.
- Company had to deal with multiple principles, vendors and consultants and it was very difficult to track orders in home grown system that often resulted in double-capture and slow response rates. In addition, they were limited in their ability to manage sales representative activities and work.
- Vast number of transactions in a day corresponding to 30 K sales order a day.
Objective
Having multiple systems and Out of support Accounting Software and different reporting platforms was a bigger challenge to match with the customer experience. The bigger milestone is to provide there orders on time and fast delivery and enhance customer experience.
