This Privacy Policy explains how Sunbridge handles information in connection with the Scheme Management add-on (“Add-on”) published on Microsoft AppSource. It applies only to the Add-on and related support services.
1. Information We Collect
From the Add-on itself: The Add-on runs entirely within your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management tenant. We do not collect, access, store, or process any of your business data or personal data through the normal operation of the Add-on. All data processing occurs in your own environment.
From support, sales, or other interactions:
- Contact information (name, email, phone, company) when you request support, demos, or information.
- Technical logs or diagnostic data you voluntarily share for troubleshooting (with your explicit consent).
- Usage analytics (anonymous, aggregated) if enabled in the Add-on (you can disable this).
- We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g., health, biometric, or financial account numbers) through the Add-on.
2. How We Use the Information
We use the limited information we receive only to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Add-on and support services.
- Respond to your inquiries and provide technical assistance.
- Send important notices (e.g., updates, security alerts).
- Comply with legal obligations.
- We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.
3. Sharing and Disclosure

- With Microsoft (as required for AppSource certification and telemetry).

7. International Transfers
Any personal data we hold is processed primarily in India and the United States. Appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent) are in place where required by law.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Add-on is not intended for or directed at individuals under 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. The “Effective Date” at the top will be revised. Continued use of the Add-on after changes constitutes acceptance.
