- End to End implementation in MS Dynamics ERP with Minium 4 Years of Experience
- Native Dutch Must
- Strong functional and business process knowledge.
- Should be able to do requirement gathering, Gap-Fit create FRD.
- Provide effort and estimation based on requirement provided by business.
- Should have knowledge of SDLC.
- Investigate and resolve functional issues in ERP.
- Implementation of third-party add-ons as needed.
- Provide user training.
- Excellent communication skills and Client handling skills.
- Have functional Knowledge of General ledger, Manufacturing, Finance, Trade, Logistics, Sales, Procurement, Receivables and Payables and Inventory.
- Able to perform root cause analysis and impact analysis.
- Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative and
flexibility to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential, as the role involves working with Dutch -speaking clients.
- Proven experience as a consultant or in a similar role, focused on business process analysis and improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated project management abilities to oversee the end-to-end
implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of various process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as needed.
