Problem Statement
  • Customer had multiple legacy systems that were not integrated and lacked standardization, leading to data silos, inefficiencies, and errors.
  • The company had to comply with strict quality and safety standards, such as FDA, ISO, and GMP, and needed a system that could track and manage the quality of its products and processes.
  • The company also had to integrate its ERP system with its laboratory information management system (LIMS) and its cost of production analysis (COPA) system, to ensure accurate and timely data exchange and reporting.
